I do not believe in rating any record mint and therefore a near mint is 10/10.
This is in spite of the fact that I have often bought used records that are in better condition than freshly pressed new records, but that is more likely due to resent inferier pressing standards.
I do not sell less than VG- UNLESS it is a highly collectable item that someone may still be interseted in OR if the cover or vinyl is still in good nick and may be matched with an existing item as an upgrade.
