After being an avid music collector for over thirty years, I've decided to downscale somewhat. So in the coming months I'll be listing an abundance of records, cd's, tour programmes, genuine autographed items, tour t-shirts, magazines and other memorabilia from my own personal collection.

Surprisingly, this is up there with some of AC/DC's rarest albums - simply because there were so few of these pressed on vinyl back in '95. I've regularly seen this easily command over £100 on ebay over the last couple of years. This is a beautiful original first pressing from 1995.

Condition

Vinyl : NM   Visually, the vinyl is in fantastic condition. It still has it's new, original sheen. I didn't play test it because to the best of my knowledge, it is unplayed. The labels are excellent also - there are some very light indents on the side 1 label that are only visible at a certain light - these have been done in the manufacturing and are hardly noticeable (see label photos below). There is no spindle wear whatsoever.

Sleeve : EX   The sleeve is in excellent condition. It does have the odd, very minor flaw which I've tried to show in the photos below. There are a couple of very light creases on the spine - hardly noticeable. A couple of the corners have very minor scuffs. Apart from these two points, it's in really nice condition and is worthy of a good, solid excellent rating.

Record Collector Grading System

Mint (M):  Record shows no evidence of having been played. Vinyl/sleeve in perfect, brand new condition. No secondhand records can make this grade.

Near Mint (NM):  Record shows little sign of having been played. Vinyl/sleeve is in superb condition.  My highest grade for secondhand vinyl.

Excellent (EX):  Record has been played a few times but has been well looked after. Vinyl has the odd light surface mark but there is no significant lessening of sound quality. Sleeve may have some slight wear and/or creasing.

Very Good (VG):  Record has been played a number of times but displays no major deterioration in sound quality despite some visible marks / mild scratches. Any surface noise is occassional, light and unobtrusive. Sleeve will have some normal wear and tear without any major defects.

Good (G):  While the record still plays OK, the vinyl will have a lot of surface marks/ light scratches and there is regular and noticeable surface noise. Sleeve and contents will suffer from folding, scuffing and/ or edge splits, discoloration etc.

Fair (F):  Vinyl will have scratches and jump etc. Records in this condition will be collection-fillers only. The sleeve has major tears, staining etc.

*All records are packed in professional mailers with stiffeners & will be removed from their sleeves to prevent seam-splits in transit.
