We ship LPs in the states via priority mail whenever possible. The items are tracked by the postal service, but we can't use this if your address doesn't comply with their data entry criteria. Then we have to ship them media mail, in a strong box with tracking. Takes longer, but what can we do?
Outside the US we use air delivery. We HATE surface shipping, don't recommend it and will only consider it in cases of very heavy packages, so please ask first!

We are much friendlier than we sound, but want to make our position very clear for you! We strive to do our thing very well, but we can't make too many exceptions - we just don't have the time! But, within reason we will try to accomadate any special requests!
