1. Dirty Deeds (Done Dirt Cheap) / RIP - Rock in Peace 2. Jailbreak / Fling Thing
I believe that Albert singles with the "A" watermark, like these both have are promos given to radio stations, etc and this would fit given these have both come from a radio station's collection. The Dirty Deeds single has a release date on the label as you can see, and are in radio station sleeves including date played stamps, library numbers and prep info.
They are by no means in mint condition, but considering their use, are not too bad. Somewhere between good-very good. (A few marks but not too bad)
