AC/DC * Rare Test Press 7" - VERY UNUSUAL - Anyone know

Heres an odd little test press that I picked up from a UK collector in mid 90's

I dont really understand the pressing since SIDE A has the U.S. matrix markings
and the B side has the Aussie matrix for Hell or HIgh Water.

STRANGE to have mixed country plates on a single ??

Only one I have avail and the only one Ive seen on EBAY.
