 Ok, the first thing you need to know is this album is not in anyway associated with the Rock group AC/DC.  This album is from a private label called Screw records.  It is the first of 6 albums released by this company.  I have searched and searched for info on this and I have found basically nothing.  I tried listening to it and let me tell you this is Hustler times 10.  The cover is probably the most raw thing I have ever seen. 
Regardless of the content and raw sexuality of this LP it is rare and very difficult to find.  Take note of the condition in the 'highlight' area of this listing.

The full title of this LP is Warning: The Surgeon General Has Determined that Cigarette Smoking is Dangerous to Your Health.  But sex is not injurious to your health.
