In 1977 AC/DC were focused on breaking the American market. As part of that plan the band were making frequent live radio broadcasts.
The broadcast featured on this record is the digitally re-mastered version of the legendary Agora Ballroom concert, transmitted live from Cleveland in July 1977, which marks the broadcasting debut of bassist Cliff Williams.

Date may be incorrect, the concert actually took place on 22nd August 1977.
