MEGA RARE 1967 Original "Regent Sound Studios" 10" ACETATE
Both tracks remain unreleased...of major importance to underground rock fans would be the A-side "Fly Robin Fly" -- a crafted psychedelic nugget with druggy lyrics backed by shimmering wah-wah then more-so overloaded by Farfisa organ treated with watery acid effects and gushing swirls (think of the farfisa organ styles on first "Electric Music" Country Joe and The Fish and (first) Ultimate Spinach Lp's.)

All said, excellent crafted psychedelia that has the 'right' sound.
Side two is no throwaway being crafted sunny-sound popsike grooves.


There is some uncertainty over the origins of the JAGGED EDGE. Investigation has turned up a JAGGED EDGE band in Detroit and also New York. There either may have been two "Jagged Edge" garage bands - or a Jagged Edge from Detroit who moved to New York. This pressing is definitely of New York origin on the NY based Regent Sound Studios label produced by Geno Viscione.                     CONDITION: rated: "EX" (excellent) side A, and VG++ for side B,  both sides play excellent, no groove wear, impact wide-range sound quality. The weight-heavy 10" 45rpm is in great shape, 50 years of age ... both Regent Sound Studio acetate labels are clean
