'Dog Eat Dog' ( 3.09 )
This is an original very rare UK one sided Portland Recording Studios 7" acetate cut to play at 45rpm in pyral disc direct paper sleeve with hand written silver embossed paper labels
This acetate was presented to the DJ at the Music Machine in London in 1980 and has the release date of October 3rd written on the sleeve.
Please note :- Studio Acetate records are cut on a machine for test purposes, and the recording surface is soft. Repeated playing decreases the sound quality and there will be a bit of a hiss / noise to them. This is no fault of the engineering; acetate records were not designed for constant repeated use.
The condition of the acetate is very good - ( has a couple of very light hairlines of which on one of them causes a very slight jump 24 seconds into the track on the 'truth' lyric ) & has been stored within a poly bag inside the sleeve and visually looks in excellent condition.
The sleeve has creasing , staining and tears.
