*For grading, I use the official Record Collector Grading System which can be found at http://www.oasiscollectors.co.uk/collecting/rcgrading.html and is listed below :
MINT The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint. EXCELLENT The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing. VERY GOOD The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable. GOOD The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc. FAIR The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced. POOR The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing. BAD The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection-filler.Any questions, please ask - Good Luck and thanks for looking!
PLEASE NOTE: I never knowingly mis-describe an item, if you feel an auction win is not as described or not the quality expected then please email me with your concerns. Both buyers and sellers on ebay have to work on a trust basis, I hope my very positive seller feedback on ebay proves that I fully agree with and support this philosophy.
I accept the following payment methods. Paypal (no surcharge for this service), Personal Cheque payable at a UK bank without incurring charges, or Postal Order. Please note I can only accept cheques in pound sterling due to the high charges levied by UK banks.
Postage & Packaging CHARGES: I post all UK auctions by Royal Mail 1st or by Parcel Force if they are over 1 kilo in weight. Winning bidders from outside the UK may wish to opt for Airmail (quicker) unless you ask for Surface Mail (which can take several weeks but is cheaper). I do not quote for insurance in my Postage & Packing charges but should you require insurance please ask. Whilst I am happy to help out with lost or missing parcels I cannot be held responsible for lost or missing items once I have mailed them. All items are packed with the greatest of care and I always keep Postal receipts as proof of posting. If you have any questions about the above terms then please ask before bidding.
