Description
Agnelle Bundervoet plays works for piano solo from Liszt: Première Valse oubliée, Au bord d'une Source, Ronde des lutins, Rapsodie Espagnole, La Chasse, Caprice en Mi, Variations sur un thème de Paganini and the Mephisto-Waltz. One of the rarest and most sought after records (wonderful delicate playing)!!!
Decca Orange/Silver orginal first pressing. Made in France. Cat. FAT 173689. Flipback cover VG++ (Some shelf and ringwear, two signs of a sticker and a very small tear in the back. No real damage).
There is a company sticker from Omega on the cover. This sticker is also present on the Decca label. See picture. This happened quite a lot with the French Decca's.
Record EX- (a lot of paperscuffs/hairlines. This is quite harmless, except in the first track. Here are 15 soft tics present. Due the old pressing occasionaly soft crackles in the background. 80% of the time it is very, very soft and never loud. So it is not disturbing at all).
The record is graded with the combination Hadcock/ Grado reference MM stereo cartridge. This combination is very sensitive to marks and backgroudnoises (in general much more sensitive than any combination with a MC stereo cartridge). With a mono cartrigde the crackles are probably almost inaudible.
