WORLD OF COATS (Maxi Single) - AIMLESS DEVICE - from  1986

Aimless Device is a Belgian, Leuven-base band who were active between 1985 and 1989. Founded by Bart Azijn, Patric M and the enigmatic Edgar on synths, they were initially regarded as part of the "Leuven scene", together with bands like The Neon Judgement or Men 2nd. Soon, however, Aimless Device expanded their synth- and drum machines-driven sound with actual rock guitars. Their first mini-album, "Hard To Be Nice" (1985) was a modest success, and with "World Of Coats" (1986) and "Dog Days" (1987), the band found that their fanbase had expanded enough to allow them to tour Germany, France and Spain. In 1988, bassist Ferre Baelen (ex-TC Matic) joined the band for the recording of "Mud In Your Eye EP"; the record was well-received, but after the demise of Anything But Records, the label founded by producer Ludo Camberlin, Aimless Device threw in the towel.

Cover : VG++ to Excellent : Cover has light wear (little plies to the middle) and price sticker residue (glue) to the front
