Description

AKAI 8-Track Cassette player and recorder with outputs for quadrophonic sound.

The unit features sound level indicators for all four channels, recording level controls, stereo selector, track selector and buttons for play, forward search and record.

The machine is fully functional and with the exception of some discolouring of the casing it's in pretty good condition - especially considering its age.

There are 22 tapes to go with the player, the condition of these varies from tape to tape - most are pre-recorded however there are some used recordable tapes that can be re-used to record on the unit.

Pre-recorded tapes include: Frank Sinatra, Elton John, Sacha Distel, Ray Conniff, Lena Martell, Rod Stewart, David Cassidy, Nana Mouskouri and others.
