7" Mono EP with front laminated flipback picture sleeve & Insert.
Sleeve looks in VG+ Condition with some light laminate bubbling/discoloration. Insert is in EX Condition.
Record looks in VG+ Condition with light scuffs/hairlines and plays well both sides with some light crackle. Label side 1 has a purchase tax stamp.
