ALEXIS KORNER (featuring Duffy Power) - Sky High LP 1965 UK MONO 1st Press – SPOT JW 551 This is one of the ALL TIME RAREST Blues LPs you will EVER see! Only a few hundred copies EVER made - and almost never turns up for sale! And though this one isnt MINT (when are they ever?) it is still a VERY decent example indeed – with a VERY presentable cover! Labels are in BRILLIANT condition with only a few light spindle marks, NO writing, and only a TINY touch of wear around the centre holes! The record is generally VERY nice indeed – with only the od very tiny faint line visible whatsoever, only when held under a strong lamp!! and has a SUPERB shine! Visually it must grade as near as MINT!!! (PROPERLY graded, NOT trashed!) – and it still looks VERY bright and shiny indeed! Cover is still VERY nice indeed – with NO splits, NO rips, NO tears, only a few VERY light creases, and barely ANY feathering to the opening edge! The cover back is also VERY nice and clean with only some slight yellowing to the flipbacks! The cover also has its original '37/6' price written in black ink on the cover back top right - though this is VERY minor indeed and hardly a defect! The cover must grade Very Good+++ if not better! One of the ALL TIME RAREST UK LPs ever released in decent order - and how often do you see one of these????...Oh and comes 100% complete with the original inner sleeve in excellent condition!!
