Alexis Korner's Blues Incorporated, ""Rhythm And Blues From The Marquee", classic original 1962 UK LP on claret label, Ace Of Clubs ACL 1130 mono. Most of vocal tracks by the legendary Cyril Davies with three by Long John Baldry. Tracks: gotta move / rain is such a lonesome sound (LJB) / i got my brand on you (CD) / spooky but nice / keep your hands off (CD) / i wanna put a tiger in your tank (CD) / i got my mojo working (CD) / finkle's cafe / hoochie coochie (CD) / down town / how long, how long blues (LJB) / i thought i heard that train whistle bow (LJB). Sleeve, laminated flipback, is a nice Ex, minor wear, minor creasing, very minor dint centre opening edge. Only very light ageing / handling to the rear, clear spine. All in all, a nice copy. Disc is a visual Vg+, retains a nice shine, odd light marks, couple of ghost marks across side one. However, these are mainly cosmetic. Both sides play very well, clearly and loudly, with very little evidence of these. A nice playing copy. In the latest Rare Record Price Guide (2014) this is given a £120 value in mint.
