Original 1940s or very early 1950s Alfred Kreymborg three-78 rpm album.  These are the larger, twelve-inch 78 records.  This is on the Asch label #554.  The records are in beautiful M- condition with full gloss and all appear to be unplayed!!  All labels look great also, with no spindle marks on any.  The cover is fully-intact and in good to very good condition.  The front and back show very minimal wear and display quite nicely!  The spine is a bit torn/damaged, but it has been neatly repaired with clear tape.  The inside record sleeves are a bit chewed up in the upper-right corners (no damage to the front or back cover panels).  Front cover has original artwork by David Stone Martin.  Note that these are all childrens' puppet play songs/poems recited by Kreymborg accompanying himself on the mandolute. All lyrics are included inside the front cover.  Songs/poems on this set are:  "Lima Beans"; "Fourteenth Street"; "Latest Headlines";  "Dance Or a Dirge"; "Factory Girl"; "One Face Down In The Clover"; "Ballad of the Common Man"; "Earth Wisdom"; "Vista"; "Lament"; and "Ducklings."  Please review the photos.

Note:  As most people are aware, 78 rpm records are much more delicate and easily-breakable than 33 and 45 rpms.  Because of this, I ship them in oversized, sturdy boxes by Priority Mail only.  Please use the shipping calculator to determine your fee.  If you are interested in more than one set, please email me for a combined shipping quote.  I will not ship 78s by Media or First Class Mail to any location.
