You are looking at the ORIGINAL / FIRST PRESS / Vinyl Version of the Alice In Chains MTV Unplugged / set of 2  LP's.
Record company is  Columbia ?

Catalog Number is 484300 1.

Bought by me 21 years ago when First issued on double 12" black vinyl in 1996.

Vinyl Condition : NEAR MINT. A very light surface hairline on sides A and C, not visible under normal daylight . Vinyl played only a few times only in 1996 , because I taped It a very short time after buying it.

Sleeves condition:
Inner sleeves are perfect (NM)
Main sleeve is EX (it has little wear on corners and a very small scuff / tear on spine)
