Condition of Box / Cover:

(VG+) straight corners, no edge wear, great condition except for some separation in the cardboard along the right-hand edge (see close-up with quarter in background for scale).  It looks similar to the beginning of a seam-split on a regular album cover, but that can’t be the case here, since no LP could rub against the underside at that angle or through two layers of cardboard box.  It shows up against the black background when looking at it from the side, but it’s nothing that couldn’t be touched up with a black felt-tip marker to hide the white after opening.  The shrink-wrap is completely intact and sealed.  Special Limited Edition #2947 handwritten on back of box.  Most importantly, new and unplayed records inside.

Double-Box Packaging:

This 3-LP box set is heavy, weighing nearly 2.5 Lbs. by itself.  The LP box set will be double-boxed to protect from damage.  The inner box will be well padded inside.  The outer box will have padding surrounding the inner box on all sides, so that the inner box (containing the LP box set) cannot move.  Your record album will be packaged securely and insured. (please check my feedback & see example photos below)

There is NO REASON to take chances with substandard packaging methods or materials.

Most of my eBay feedback is from record LP sales and purchases, going back 12+ years.  If you click on my Feedback number and then click the “Feedback as a Seller” tab, you will see that nearly half of my total is from Sales, and nearly all of it is from the sale of vinyl record albums.  Please do check my Seller feedback comments with regard to accurate LP grading, safe packaging and timely shipping.

I leave positive feedback after payment is made.  If there is any problem with your package, please contact me before leaving any feedback, so that I have the opportunity to resolve the issue.  My goal is to have happy customers, positive feedback and repeat business.  

Payment, Shipping and Return Details:

Payment:  I accept Paypal, and ship to the confirmed Paypal address.  Payment required within 4 days, per eBay rules.  If payment is not made in 4 days, the sale will have to be canceled and the album will either be re-listed, or may be offered to the second highest bidder if it is a regular auction listing.

Shipping and Handling Time: Items normally ship the second day after payment (excluding weekends and holidays) with email notification and tracking info.

Return Policy: If the album was damaged during shipping, or a significant error has been made in the description of condition, please contact me within 3 days of receipt and have the album returned to me within 14 days, packaged as you received it in the original shipping boxes (unless damaged) for a refund of the purchase price and original shipping.  Return shipping is the Buyer’s responsibility.

These are the packaging materials and sequence:

2) Next the album, sealed inside a standard Record Mailer box, with cardboard stiffeners (the way most sellers ship albums) is placed on the layer of foam peanuts.

3) Every side of the Record Mailer box has approximately 1” of foam peanuts for padding protection.

4) Final layer of foam peanuts, filled to the top.

5) Large outer box sealed.
