IMPOSSIBLY RARE original 7" release of this incredible tune from 1979. "Get Ready" is a POUNDING uptempo modern soul / northern soul / boogie tune which always fills the floor. Have a listen below! Both sides are co-written by Billy Butler and arranged by Al Johnson. The flipside stepper is superb as well. The 12" of this release is relatively easy to find, but the much more desirable 7" release is ridiculously rare and very seldom turns up for sale. NOTE that as on all copies of this 45 that I've ever seen, the labels are reversed. In stunning condition!
