Description
The Allman Brothers: "The Allman Brothers Band At Fillmore East" 1971, USA/Capricorn SD2-802. Discs are both EX with some light scuffs and hairlines, I played the whole set through tonight and both discs play almost perfectly. Gatefold cover has a filing sticker on the spine, some light wear to the seams but no splits, this is strong VG+. Wow! It's a very clean white label demo copy of their classic LP! And what a killer it is... three and a half decades later, the guitar interplay between Duane Allman and Dickie Betts on tracks like "Whipping Post" and "In Memory Of Elizabeth Reed" is still without equal. Here's a demo issue straight out of the archives of some FM station from back in the day; thankfully it appears they rarely played it!

I pack/ship once a week, usually on Friday. I use sturdy cardboard boxes designed for shipping records, and I remove the disc from the cover to prevent seam splits during shipment.
