rare German first press vinyl 4LP box set released in the 1960s on DEUTSCHE GRAMMOPHON GESELLSCHAFT (DGG) stereo label with large tulips and catalognumber 138537/40. Clothbound box complete with heavy booklet and vinyl all AS NEW in pristine NEARMINT/MINT condition - perfect! Famous performances by the Amadeus Quartett recorded with true audiophile soundquality. Compare with other famous interpretations by e.g. the Hungarian Quartet, Barylli Quartet, Stross Quartet, the Vegh Quartet, etc. ... see photo.
