Description
FANTASTIC GOODSON FLEXIBLE 78 RPM DISC
ADVERTISES CIGARETTES AND AN ITALIAN CLOTHING STORE
You are bidding on a fantastic flexible 78 rpm disc made by the Goodson Gramophone Record Co. of London. These discs carried all sorts of music in their grooves, but they were also vehicles for advertising wares! An important part of phonographic history!
They usually turn up rather warped. This one is not as bad as many and has a little edge "bite" of no consequence.
The edges are cut off as the 10" disc is just a little too wide for my scanner.
I have extensive experience of mailing 78 rpm discs and your disc will be packed with my usual care.
Shipping only $6 by air mail.
