CONDITION: Record/sleeve: VERY GOOD/GOOD. The record itself has some light surface scuffs, while the sleeve shows some wear around the edges. The front of the sleeve is signed by Justin Jones and Simon Huw Jones and will look great in a frame.

OTHER DETAILS:RARE 12" single released only in the US in 1990. The A-side contains Robert Smith’s "Sweet Remix" of "The Pear Tree" from the Farewell To The Shade LP, and the B-side contains three live tracks recorded in Germany in November 1989. The record itself is housed in a beautiful sleeve which was signed by Simon and Justin in 2003. Suitable for framing, and a very nice addition to any And Also The Trees record collection!
