Sealed in original CRINKLY Baggie outer - corners show some wear and there is LIGHT wear to the baggie - SMALL CUT OUT UPPER RIGHT - see the pictures
I call this a VG+ Sleeve  - This is a decent copy!! Vinyl presumed to be mint given that it is still sealed!!
