Hello and welcome. Beginning in the 1960s, I made it my goal to collect every 5-star record still available, and I continued my search for 40 years. While not all the records I list for sale reached that lofty goal, they do represent an undying search for the unique and wonderful in the world of sound. I'm happy to be able to offer them to you now. Here is what you're bidding on:
TITLE & ARTIST: "Themes and Laughs from the Andy Griffith Show" - by Andy Griffith and Earle Hagen on the Capitol Record label (T-1611), in beautiful original Monophonic sound, issued in 1961.
CONDITION: JACKET - EX(Jacket has issues in the form of some very light corner/edge wear and light ring/rub/soil wear on back cover; there is a sticker tear top right front corner and a piece of tape with name top left back corner, as well as a station call sign stamp - please see actual album in photos); VINYL - Excellent(Vinyl has some light scuff marks - visually graded under special daylight balanced spotlight).
SPECIAL FEATURES: Rare and beautifully presented original MONO copy of this fine "Andy Griffith Show" record; back cover features nice notes and great photos of Andy and Opie heading for the fishing hole. If you enjoy songs and stories from one of the great TV comedies, then please don't miss this one!

OUR GRADING SYSTEM: We grade visually, and we are happy to listen to any LP and give you an aural grade as well. SS (Still Sealed as from the factory); NM (Near Mint - our highest grade; the vinyl has only a very few light marks that do not affect play); VG++ (Very Good Plus Plus - a few more light marks than Near Mint; still a great record that plays near perfectly); VG+ (Very Good Plus - an enjoyable, played and loved, obviously used but still listenable record, usually with some light pops, but free of major audible distraction; jacket may be lightly worn, slightly dinged, even very lightly split, but NEVER trashed); VG (Very Good) and below - we usually do NOT sell these, but if we have some good reason to offer such a record, we will explain completely).
