THIS IS ONE OF THE RAREST ANDY WARHOL ART COVERS: MTV HIGH PRIORITY THE YELLOW VERSION IN EXCELLENT CONDITION. THE VERSION WITH THE RED MTV LOGO IS QUITE COMMON BUT THE YELLOW VERSION I HAVE ONLY SEEN THREE TIMES IN 15 YEARS.
