This Rare Art Cover has been designed by Andy warhol in collaboration with Reid Miles.
The cover was hand written by Andy Warhol's mother.
They also released together the cover of Story of Moondog :
(Prestige records # 7099 from 1958).

Original Prestige records label with fireworks and 446 W. 50th St, NYC.
New York Adress on the label, Deep Groove Pressing and RVG (Rudy Van Gelder)
