Up for auction is a Rare ANDY WARHOL ALBUM COVER ART LP

Columbia ML 4247--
PROKOFIEV Alexander Nevsky cantata, Op. 78
EUGENE ORMANDY, conducting The Philadelphia Orchestra with the Westminster Choir and Jennie Tourel, mezzo soprano.
Featuring very early illustration/artwork by ANDY WARHOL!!!
This is considered to be his 3rd commissioned lp illustration and done in his first year that he did album cover illustrations (1949).

Condition:
Vinyl: Side 1: Strong VG / Side 2 : clean VG++ (Sd1: Very Good SD2: Very Good++) visual grade condition with some mostly light surface marks visible.
Album Cover is clean with some standard shelf/age wear visible. There is a top and bottom seam split that both measure around 2 or so inches from opening edge. There is some light rubbing around the spine corner edges. Back cover shows standard age / ring wear.
