**ORIGINAL VERY RARE MONO UK XTRA LP (XTRA 1049)**

This very rare LP sold very few copies in the UK and is now very  hard to locate , this is the 1st I have yet to offer. This is a nice example of both LP and cover and my grading below is strict.

The Record

The LP is also in nice condition and visually is ultra clean and has not been played very much. I will grade the LP as a strict Near Excellent with some light surface crackle on the quieter moments, I would say this is the pressing Xtra was never brilliant for perfect sound , the LP has NOT been cleaned. As stated the disc visually is ultra clean and most would have put a straight EX on this but I want to keep this site to a very high standard, those who know of me will know my grading is very strict and this is a nice very clean example of a very rare LP when will you see this again.

We use the UK grading system E.G. /VG / EX / MINT. We also use + and - if there are slight differences between the grades.

**All Records are sent out in plastic covers with the record placed out of the front cover to prevent the cover from getting knifed. All records are sent out in strong mailers with added protection to make sure that they reach you in the condition that they leave here in.**

**For each record or item sent out I will fill out a separate Proof of Postage slip that is date stamped with the address of the destination of the parcel. Insurance will cost extra and is highly recommended, I will not be responsible if this is not taken for items lost in the post.**

**Please note if you cannot make payment within 20 days of auction ending please do not bid as the number of non paying bidders seems to be on the increase. If   there are any problems with sending payment i.e- you on holiday please let me know. I will provide my best service at all times. ** Please read this- If you have been buying from some dealers on ebay who continue to sell records that have been altered or have stickers placed over writing or to hide damage or in a much lesser condition than stated. I would rather sell the record in it's original state rather than cut out pieces of paper to hide the truth. I am also against skimming, steaming and other dirty tricks. I will playgrade all records and do all grading under a 100 watt light bulb which shows the truth. I will be continuously be placing quality items on ebay from now on as I want to build up my customer base. The only things that I want to come back are customers not records. Thank You.**
