Description

 Here's a RARE SWISS BEAT / RHYTHM AND BLUES LP. Original LIVE LP from the first SWISS RHYTHM AND BLUES FESTIVAL, which took place in Zurich in November 1967. This festival was organized by Swiss Teen Beat Music Paper "POP".
This amazing LIVE recording features legendary Swiss guitar maestro WALTI ANSELMO and his TREND, shouting out raw Hendrix inspired progressive Blues Rock, with the great Jelly Pastorini on organ. Also featured are THE SHIVER from St. Gallen, with their fine, Peter Green influenced Blues and Big Toga, with musicians from the austrian Band THE GAMBLERS and Swiss singer Hansi Buch + Zurich rock guitar pioneer Peter Földi, rocking in solid Steve Marriott mood. Oher bands on this LP are the ETC, TERRY WALT AND THE BUSTED CW, THE CLEANS and THE BLACK BIRDS.

This LP was published in very limited numbers on the private JECKLIN label on Disco 1002, in early 1968.
Cover is VG++ (EXCELLENT), record has been played, but still sounds great and only has slight surface noise, which is rarely audible, as this is a rather "loud" live recording. I'd grade it a SOLID VG, or VG+. No wol, woc or whatsoever. RARE!
