Details of condition
The record looks NEAR MINT. There is one tick on side one and two ticks on side two. It plays fantastic.

Sleeve is EXCELLENT. It has a minor crease at top right corner and a closed tear at the top flipback. There are four staple holes at the bottom left corner on front which go through to the bottom right corner on rear.

M MINT. Record and sleeve are unmarked and in brand new condition. EX EXCELLENT. Record shows little sign of being played. Sleeve may be slightly marked. VG VERY GOOD.
