ANTHRAX State Of Euphoria LP Limited Promotional Use Only Record Signed by Scott Ian
Record is in plastic sleeve and has been opened, missing the original Hologram that came with it in 1988. Record inside is in fantastic shape with no scratches to Vinyl. there is some creasing to the exterior cover but Scott Ian signature is in clear condition. (See Photos Please) No paper work or certificate of authenticity, this was a hand me down from another collector I had purchased it from.small scratch on cover sticker where original owner pulled the price tag off after the purchase. So I am being as detailed as I can. all colors are bright and vibrant. if I had to rate the condition of it overall would be a 7.5 and the signature would bring it to a solid 8.

story about what Scott Ian Said and why this album could be so collectable after their reissue of this album...
In his 2014 autobiography, "I'm The Man: The Story Of That Guy From Anthrax", ANTHRAX guitarist Scott Ian was extremely critical of "State Of Euphoria", calling it "ANTHRAX slumming on autopilot." He explained: "The only songs we still play from that record are 'Be All, End All' and 'Antisocial', and that's not even our song. It's by the French band TRUST. 'Now It's Dark' was a cool song and I loved the lyrics about Frank Booth, the character Dennis Hopper played in David Lynch's brilliant movie 'Blue Velvet'. 'Finale' was good, too, and featured some of Charlie's fastest double-bass playing ever, but four songs don't make a great album. There was no consistency in the writing because the rest of the record was rushed. To me, 'State Of Euphoria' simply didn't hold up compared to the previous three ANTHRAX records."
