Special release in unknown limited quantities that was sold during the Field Day Festival 2017 in London. This is even more scarce, as it was signed on the day by Richard D James himself. (Sorry, no provenance other than word of mouth.)

Quite a few light, superficial surface marks, non-feelable and non-sounding.

 Sleeve: VG+ (signed)
There are corner creases and some light pen indentation marks - see pics. The sleeve is signed in the top left corner.
