SHIPPING DOMESTIC $ 6 PLUS $ 3 EACH ADDITIONAL FIRST OVERSEAS $ 16 The Apocalypse single has long been a favorite of collectors, though it is exceedingly rare and thus requires a hefty bankroll in order to purchase, especially if you just must have a copy of the picture sleeve which is unlikely . Most big-time NWOBHM rarities don`t deliver but this one actually does, with both songs being strong, heavy numbers. The band apparently favored longer, more epic songs with a somewhat depressive feel to them (similar to Tracer and Legend). Both ‘Stormchild’ and ‘Chosen Few’ take their time to develop but do so well, and despite the primitive production both songs manage to radiate a strong, defiant sound. Other than a 3-song demo, this was the band’s only recording before chaging names to Omega, whose ‘The Prophet’ album follows a similar musical path.
