APPLE ACETATE 1969 UNRELEASED BEATLES RELATED? ONE OFF

What you have here is possibly a ONE OFF, UNRELEASED one sided APPLE CORPS LTD. CUSTOM RECORDING ACETATE of an UNRELEASED SONG.
This acetate came from an industry person who worked with APPLE RECORDS / PUBLISHING amongst others (and came with a few other one off acetates which I will list over the next few months), and have been stored for nearly 40 years in storage.
APPLE only pressed these acetates for a short duration between 1969- early1970's, so this acetate is from that period, and from the sound and the information I would date it as late 1969.
The track is called "Nothing Different", and is hand written (which was only the case in the early period of Apple Studios), I have tried high and low to track down the track, but it is completely unknown, and so is the artist, even the person I bought this from did not have any idea after 40 years who is the artist or band on this acetate.
The sound is Male vocals Country / rock, similar to what THE BYRDS did in 1968 with "The Notorious Byrd Brothers" and "Sweet Heart Of The Rodeo", so it sounds like someone was trying to jump on the latest trend, even down to the American accent, and who knows one of THE BEATLES members might even be playing on this, as they so often played on sessions in the studio, SO DON'T LET THIS PASS YOU BY!!!
The condition is UNPLAYED, apart from me once, I would grade EX+ (conservative grade, only 1 minor paper scuff), PLAYS MINT- !!!, the labels are crisp and clear with full colour (because they have been stored for 40 years without seeing daylight!!!) I would grade EX+++, and even comes with the ORIGINAL APPLE CORP CARDBOARD sleeve !!!
