Description
From 1969, out of New Mexico, comes The Apple-Glass Cyndrom with their single Someday b/w Going Wrong on Column Records 691. Superb and unknown single with fuzz fuzz fuzz and more fuzz! There are also echo-ey vocals, phasing, and more fuzz! A TREMENDOUS single!!! It was released by a Wisconsin label, even though the group was from New Mexico! It was recorded in the same studio in Clovis,New Mexico, where Buddy Holly recorded his hits! Norman Petty also helped (he worked with Buddy Holly also). This is the pride and joy of my psych collection! It has never been comped, that I am aware of. This single was given to me by the band when I tracked them down in the 80's! According to the label's owner (he lived in Wisconsin), this single was issued in extremely limited quantities as they were not a local Wisconsin band, but a New Mexico band and his thought was "Who in Wisconsin wants to hear a New Mexico band?".FUZZ FUZZ AND MORE FUZZ!!!
