Notes: April Wine is the debut album by Canadian rock band
April Wine, formed in 1969 and based in Halifax, Nova
Scotia. The album was released in September of 1971. The band consisted of Jim, David and Richie Henman. The singles from the album, "Fast Train", written by Myles
Goodwyn. It was a top 40 hit in Canada & peaked at #38
on the RPM singles chart. Myles Goodwyn remains the band's current member and
main song writer to this day.
The band enjoyed International success in the 1970's and
80's, releasing more than 20 albums since 1971.
