vinyl: EX- (Vinyl is extremely shiny & beautiful! There's a couple small light surface scuffs/marks/hairlines that do not effect play, nothing at all deep or notable. Music plays loud & strong throughout both sides with just a hint of normal lighter pop & crackle here & there, mainly only evident in the quietest of sections. Please do take a listen to the excerpts below taken directly from the actual record. A truly wonderful record all around! Really Nice!!!)
cover: VG++ (Gatefold Cover looks really great overall! There's just a little bit of edge & shelf wear as well as a tiny cut-out/bb-hole in the upper lefthand corner, but nothing at all notable or visually distracting at all to the overall beauty. No splits, writing, tears or any other notable signs of wear to mention. Looks really nice!)
This auction is for the amazing "JUNGLE GRASS" LP by The AQUARIANS, an original UNI Records pressing! Truly wonderful Psych-flavored Jazzy Bossa Funk record, worthy of all the high regards among Rare vinyl collectors around the globe. Highly sought after by both Latin Soul Jazz & Psych Funk collectors as well as break hunters & beat diggers...I would guess that Stereolab likely have a well worn copy of this fantastic record close to their turntable, the track "THE AQUARIANS" sounds like a blueprint for some of their best funky samba psych-lounge. Past copies of this hard to find LP have sold for upwards of 50 dollars in lesser condition; this is definitely not a record that shows up for sale often.
