ARETHA FRANKLIN-YOUNG, GIFTED AND BLACK LP 1972 ORIGINAL 1ST PRESS NEAR MINT. Condition is Used. Shipped with USPS Media Mail.
I bought this several years ago as part of a collection from an older guy that was retiring and downsizing and had a lot of very nice vinyl along with a Linn LP12 turntable which I also bought. He told me he bought it new in 1972. There is no barcode and as best as I know this is an original first release. I did some research on line to try to confirm this but other than no barcode and what I was told I could not find any other details. The collection included several additional albums that were also first pressings, some of which I have sold and some that I will be listing.
I am now in the same place that he was and am retiring, moving south, and downsizing.
I will be listing additional media and equipment in the next couple of weeks which will include manufacturers such as VPI, Krell, Marantz, Escient, Billy Bags, VMPS, Thorens, Martin Logan, and others.
I also have a lot of vinyl, some SACD's, CD's, and some video that I either have listed or will be listing.
