'A Strange Fantastic Dream'

Harvest, UK, 1975

SHSP 4028

INCREDIBLE AUSTRALIAN progressive rock band who made several albums in their homeland a couple of which were afforded an international release and this is proof positive that they deserved it. Think Be Bop Deluxe jamming with Barclay James Harvest with a heavier edge. The guitar playing of Tim Gore and Nichael Rudd is off the hook like Focus's Jan Akkerman; complex and really forceful. I can't recommend this album enough.

Tough to find in anywhere near decent condition as the cover was very thin paper stock - this one is about as good as they come.

Pressing: Harvest, UK, 1975

Vinyl: Nice clean and shiny condition. I can only see one lone spindle mark on the labels and no other signs of use. Grades as top MINT-!

Cover: Very nice with little signs of use. Issued in a beautifully illustrated fully textured cover - still retains printers bloom. Sharp corners, no dings, no bends, no ring wear, miniscule split seams at bottom and no creases. Tough to find this album cover in decent shape and thsi is about as good as you'll ever find. Grades as top Ex+

Inserts: Printed cardboard lyric inner sleeve

Matrix:

1st Pressing

Side One: SHSP 4053 A-2

Side Two: SHSP 4053 B-2
