Ich bin  Privatmann, Privat-Sammler und Privat-Anbieter und kein Händler.

Die von mir  angebotenen Vinyl-LPs und CDs stammen aus meiner jahrelangen Sammlung und wurden größtenteils maximal einmal abgespielt. Dies erfolgte dann mit einem sehr  hochwertigen Plattenspieler (Transrotor) mit hochwertigem Tonabnehmer (Grado).

Deswegen  wird der Zustand dieser LPs von mir dann als „Mint“ (keinerlei Gebrauchsspuren)  deklariert. Mehrfach abgespielte LPs werden dann – nach optischer Überprüfung – entsprechend anderweitig eingestuft…

Der größteTeil der Sammlung stammt aus den 70-er  und 80-er Jahren, ist also inzwischen 40 bis 50 Jahre alt! Sämtliche LPs  wurden von mir immer – senkrecht stehend – in Platten-Regalen aufbewahrt.

Deswegen habe  ich mir erlaubt, den Zustand der Cover– obwohl meist jahrelang unbewegt – nicht als „Mint“ zu deklarieren,weil – trotz allem schonendem Umgang – 40 bis 50 Jahre Zeit am Material (Pappe)und den Farben i.d.R.nicht spurlos vorübergehen konnten…

Bei sämtlichen  Cover-Bildern handelt es sich um Scans  der hier angebotenen Original-LPs und keinesfalls um „Beispielbilder“aus dem Internet…

Bei Covern,die mit „Mint“ deklariert wurden,  handelt es sich ausnahmslos um Cover, die bei Anschaffung „cellophaniert“, und aus diesem Grund  entsprechend besser geschützt waren.

Originalverschweißte (cellophanierte und immer noch ungeöffnete) LPs wurden von mir demzufolge als „Still Sealed“ gekennzeichnet…

Da ich  persönlich einige Jahre bei einer großen Schallplattenfirma gearbeitet habe,  hier u.a. auch für A&R (Artist & Repertoire) und Special Products(Sampler für Marketingzwecke) zuständig war, kann ich Ihnen hier auch sehr  viele  sehr „rare, seltene“ LPs  anbieten, die teilweise  in Deutschland nie bzw. nur in sehr kleinen Auflagen erschienen sind. Aus diesem Grunde können meine Angebote  sicher auch für ambitionierte Fans & Sammler von besonderem  Interesse sein! U.a. handelt es sich dann hierbei auch um „Promotion-Exemplare“, die im normalen Handel nicht erhältlich waren… 

Last but not least: Ich verkaufe meine Sammlung nun, weil ich mich altersbedingt räumlich verkleinert habe und mir aus diesem Grund einfach „Platz“ und „Raum“für eine ehemals große „Anlage“ (Classé/Transrotor/Shanling/B & W Nautilus802) und eine große Schallplattensammlung (über 5.000 Stück) fehlt… Schade  eigentlich, aber Realität…

Jede LP  vor  dem Verkauf einzeln nochmals abzuspielen, um den aktuellen Zustand auch„akustisch“ zu überprüfen ist mir – schon aus „zeitlichen Gründen“ – schier nicht möglich, da ich  hierfür – überschlägig  geschätzt – bei ca. 40 Minuten Spielzeit pro LP und 8 Std. täglich – insgesamtca. 1,5 Jahre damit verbringen  müsste…

Für Sie –  als Käufer – wichtig: Wie  beim Privatverkauf üblich, schließe ich eine Rücknahme der gekauften Tonträger  grundsätzlich aus! Sollten Sie jedoch beim Abspielen der gekauften LP hörbare „Schäden“ (wie z.B. Kratzer) feststellen,die optisch nicht erkennbar sind,  biete ich folgendes Vorgehen an: Schicken Sie mir die betroffene LP –nach Mailavis und dann bitte auf Ihre Kosten – zurück, und Sie erhalten nach Überprüfung  den Kaufpreis in voller Höhe erstattet!

First of all  I would like to point out that I’m just a private person and no dealer.

All long-playing records offered now by myself belong to my intensively assembled  private collection.

The LPs: The largest  quantity of LPs came into life within the legendary years of 1970 to 1980. That  means that nowadays they have reached the famous age of 40 to 50 years. All my LPs  have been stored in my record racks in an upright position without any  exception!

Most of  those  LPs have been played just once  in their lifetime. The play itself was executed by a highclass turntable (Transrotor) and by a premium moving coil pickup (Grado). Such being  the case the present condition of the LPs was classified as „MINT“, which means  the goods have not at all any traces of usage. Moreover, LPs with multiple  usage were classified accordingly - after having been examined optically.

LPs in  original wrapping which had yet not been opened up to now were classified as„Still Sealed“.

The covers: Concerning  the related covers there unfortunately was no chance to prevent the covers  being faded out by time though thouroughly treated. That’s why apart from the  LPs the related covers are not classified as „MINT“. All pictures of the  covers  are scanned covers of the original LPs done by myself. In my offer there are no  exemplary pictures of covers added from the web. Covers with „MINT“classification have been cellophane-wrapped at the time of purchase and  therefore have been better protected against fading out.

The origin  of the LPs:      

Due to the  fact that I was hired in former times by an international record company with  responsability to so called „Artist & Repertoire“ as well as „SpecialProducts“, such as sampler to marketing concepts, I feel proud presenting you agreat deal of very rare or unusual LPs. Many of them have never been offered  in  Germany or if so it happened, in a very limited edition. Among others you will  find too some Promotion-Records, which have never been available for purchase.Given this my offer may be of special interest for ambitious collectors…

Last but notleast:  The reason  for my special divestiture has been caused by my retirement. While getting  older the field conditions are changing and so I have to diminuish my space requirementsat home. All the more I would be happy to leave parts of my collection in thehands of experienced conoisseurs.

Terms ofsale:  

Please have in mind that it is not feasible  for me to check every LP accustically before selling. With regard to the large  quantity of my offered LP collection with more than 5000 LPs it would take morethan one year...

IMPORTANT:    

According to  custom of private sales a redemption of LPs bought from me is not accepted.

Just in case  there should be detected an accustically defect (for instance a scratchingnoise) I warrant the following procedure to you: After having informed me byemail please resend the defected LP back to me at your own charge. Your expenses will be refunded  with the complete purchase price.
