Early (1959-1962)? U.S. Stereo press of of LP on Blue Note label (#BST 4003)
ART BLAKEY AND THE JAZZ MESSENGERS self titled debut LP
i'm not an expert on Blue Note pressings, but, here's some additional information on the label/ matrix etchings:
label has 63rd street address, has "Inc" in the name & includes the tiny "R" registration symbol
matrix numbers includes machine stamped RVG STEREO
hand etched BN- ST4003-1 & BN- ST4003-2
there is one other mark in the trail off wax, which may be the Plastylite symbol ( but, i'm not 100% sure)

CONDITION:
cover: VG+ NOTE:MONO COVER WITH GOLD FOIL "STEREO" STRIP
lite shelf wear/soiling & lite wear/fray to corners
comes complete with Blue Note paper inner sleeve( several tears) ~ please see pix
vinyl: VG
lite groovewear, several small lite marks + a thin lite mark across entire A side
numerous lite multi-track hairlines & needlemarks ~ all superficial ~ nothing deep at all
plays with several very soft lite clicks, a few very lite ticks & a bit of occasional lite surface noise ~
everything low level ~ nothing that competes,but, noticeable in spots
