Record Grading Scale (VISUAL ONLY - NOT PLAY GRADED)
Mint - Virtually Brand New minus the plastic
Near Mint - As close to mint as possible without being mint (maybe a super small hairline or two)
VG++ - Very good condition that looks very clean but might have a few superficial marks
VG+ - Overall nice condition with some feel able and non feel able marks
VG - Feel able marks, superficial marks and other noted issues
Good - Playable with lots of noise, feel able marks, superficial marks
Poor - Technically playable with lots of everything, worst condition possible without being thrown out.

Record: VG+ (side 1 is a solid VG+, but side 2 looks cleaner and is a clean vg+ not super far off a VG++ but def not a VG++) good amount of marks and scratches, should play with some noise but Blue Note records can look real bad and play surprisingly well, this doesnt look horrible)
Jacket: VG+/VG++ (Few marks, slight ringwear, right side of front has the most issues so please look at the photos, but this cover overall is really clean especially the back (see photos)

SIDE 1: RVG, ear, BN.LP.4003.A (deep groove label) SIDE 2: RVG, ear, BN.LP.4003.B (deep groove label)
NOTES: RVG stamped on both sides, ear mark on both sides
SHIPPING: I combine shipping, $4 for the 1st record and $1 for the next, then $1 for the next. I ship up to 3x total per mailer. The 4th record starts the shipping over at $4 then $1 then $1, etc....
After looking at each side in more depth, I would have to say that with a few of the scratches being feel able, this is probably closer to a VG or VG+. One side looks better than the others but there are some feel able scratches so they will probably be heard while playing it back. If you have any more questions please let me know as I want this to be as accurately portrayed as possible.
