Description
Art Blakey Orgy in Rhythm - Vol. 1 Blue Note Records LP BLP 1554
With Arthur Taylor, Jo Jones, Sabu, "Potato" Valdez, Ray Bryant and many others. Split-free sleeve has glossy front and matte back and is still in most of its original shrink wrap. A strip of wrap was removed along the front top portion when I removed an old price sticker. One small tear in opening edge near top right corner. Plastic and paper inner sleeves included. New polybag included for added protection. RVG (scratch - not machine stamp) and "ear" stamp in dead wax. The vinyl is VG+ with some light sleeve contact marks and a few minor surface scuffs. Sounds great with an occasional trace of very soft surface noise in some of the sparse passages.
