I believe this to be in good playable condition. As an amateur I do not know how to grade this but it looks to be in good condition for its age.  There is some surface scuffing and light scratches mostly on side 1 but it could also be dirty. I don't dare clean it as I don't want to ruin it. I have tried to capture its condition by photo.

The cover also is in good condition but has issues on the corners and edges, also tried to picture this. there is no water damage.

There was also an insert that will be included as well.

I don't believe this to be a reproduction of any type but welcome all questions to verify and/or info. It was obtained at an estate sale of an elderly lady who passed.

We will take action against any payment later than 4 days. Any payment later than 7 days, the auction will be cancelled and items will be re-listed but may be done so earlier at our discretion.
