Description

SAM SPENCE - THE ART OF THE SYNTHESIZER. De Wolfe Records DWLP3247 UK Mono LP 1972. ORIGINAL PRESSING. Condition: EX+/EX+.

Interesting, unusual and melodic electronic analogue library moods played on the Moog Synthesizer, composed by Sam Spence (NFL Library). Notable for the dope funk drum breaks track Sunken Ship 2 (deep, drifting, bubbling with percussion), Slugger (gigantic, heavy pounding), Ice Glaze (desolate, lost), Air On The Moog (Bach) and 28 Moog links and stings. Many tracks from this album were used on the soundtrack of The Sweeney and numerous Shaw Bros Kung Fu action films of the seventies. Cool library artwork.
