Record is G++ (plays great with no skipping with surface/spindle marks, some surface noise with music predominant,  this probably would be rated VG- by many dealers, I chose to under grade for your satisfaction, nice Deep Groove pressing with yellow Contemporary label, LKL-12-121-D2 & LKL-12-122-D2 stamped in dead wax)

 

Cover is G- (cover shows a lot of wear/dirt/staining with spine tears, 2" & 1/2" tears on front cover, ring/corner/spine wear with corner creasing but the cover remains intact, name written in pen on back cover)
