One of the greatest exotica LPs of all, Taboo Vol. 2, by Arthur Lyman. Lyman had been the vibes player in the Martin Denny group, then set out on his own making exotic "lounge" music for tourists in Hawaii, featuring all sorts of instruments from around the world, bird calls, and a touch of Latin jazz... and this was maybe his best album, according to many fans. This original 1960 mono copy is in great condition. It has some superficial marks but it plays just beautifully with barely any noise at all and it a thoroughly wonderful listen. The cover has some light wear as well, with some edgewear and cornerwear, and a cut-out hole punched in the center, but overall it is still just lovely, with barely any ringwear and no real damage to the stunning artwork. There is a 1" seam split at the bottom right corner, and some fraying on the spine. But overall, as I say, it looks great and sounds great.
