ARTICLES OF FAITH One of a kind soundboard recording of a 1985 CBGB's Matinee show
Info: Here is something I guarentee you have never seen or heard.... This is my own personal copy of a live at CBGB's hardcore matinee show from 1985 of legendary Chicago hardcore punk band ARTICLES OF FAITH. I was a huge fan of the band in the 80's and gave the soundman at CBGB's $10 bucks and a blank cassette tape to record their set through the mixing board. This was a show that ARTICLES OF FAITH played in February of 1985. Also on the bill at this incredible show were CORROSSION OF CONFORMITY and NYHC band LEEWAY. This cassette tape features the entire ARTICLES OF FAITH set which includes ADRENALIN O.D. drummer Dave Scott singing back up on "AMERICAN DREAM". The band shreds through their hits from the ep's and the "GIVE THANKS" LP. They also play unreleased songs at the time that ended up on the "In This Life" LP. An amazing set by one of America's best hardcore punk bands. No one besides me has ever heard this before. Album quality. A must have for fans of U.S. hardcore from the 80's and bands like MINOR THREAT, NAKED RAYGUN, CIRCLE JERKS, FEAR, DEAD KENNEDYS, BAD BRAINS, MISFITS, SS DECONTROL and BLACK FLAG.
